Kayak tour policy

Swimming Ability - Participants must be comfortable around water. Basic swimming skills are needed.

Before the Tour - Please arrive 15 minutes before start.

​

What's Included:

  • Licensed guide

  • Kayak

  • Paddle

  • Life jacket

  • Water and snack
     

What to Bring:

  • Swimwear

  • Towel

  • Drinking water

  • Sunscreen

  • Waterproof bag (optional)

  • Water shoes (recommended)

Safety - Life jackets must be worn at all times during the tour. The guide reserves the right to cancel or modify the route if weather or sea conditions are unsafe.

Weather - Tours depend on sea and weather conditions. If cancelled due to weather, guests may choose another available date or receive a full refund.

Cancellation  - Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.

General Terms

Children - Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
 

Liability - Participants join the tour at their own responsibility and agree to follow the guide's safety instructions throughout the experience.
 

Punctuality - Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour once it has started. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for missed departures.
 

Changes - Outdoor Medulin reserves the right to modify routes or itineraries when necessary due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

Medical Conditions - Please inform your guide before the tour if you have any medical conditions, injuries or mobility limitations that could affect your participation.
