Walking tour policy

Before the Tour - Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Comfortable walking shoes

Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)

Who is the tour for - Suitable for everyone. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

Weather - Tours operate in most weather conditions. In case of severe weather, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. Guests will be offered an alternative date.

Cancellation - Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start.

General Terms

Children - Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Liability - Participants join the tour at their own responsibility and agree to follow the guide's safety instructions throughout the experience.

Punctuality - Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour once it has started. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for missed departures.

Changes - Outdoor Medulin reserves the right to modify routes or itineraries when necessary due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Medical Conditions - Please inform your guide before the tour if you have any medical conditions, injuries or mobility limitations that could affect your participation.
